1. Curriculum Provision:

The Company agrees to provide the Student with access to the curriculum and educational materials as described on the Company's website (the "Curriculum"). The Curriculum may include, but is not limited to, course content, materials, and resources. The Company shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Curriculum is delivered in accordance with the information presented on the Company's website.

2. Performance and Learning:

The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Company cannot guarantee or be held responsible for the Student's individual performance or level of learning resulting from the use of the Curriculum. Learning outcomes and achievements may vary among individuals, and the Company does not make any representations or warranties regarding specific performance levels or results.

3. Job Placement Assistance:

The Company agrees to make its best efforts to provide guidance and assistance to the Student in seeking job placement opportunities upon successful completion of the Curriculum (the "Job Placement Assistance"). However, the Parties understand and acknowledge that the Company does not guarantee the availability of job placement opportunities, nor does it guarantee that the Student will secure employment after graduation.

4. No Guarantees:

The Parties expressly agree that the Company does not provide any guarantees, either explicit or implied, concerning the Student's academic performance, learning outcomes, or job placement after graduation. The Company's obligations are limited to the provision of the Curriculum and the offer of Job Placement Assistance as described herein.

5. Governing Law:

This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

6. Entire Agreement:

This Disclaimer constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written By agreeing to this Disclaimer, the Parties acknowledge that they have read and understood its terms and voluntarily accept its conditions.

Do I need to have any aesthetics experience?

Upon completion of the course, you’ll receive certification for each procedure covered, certification from Princeton Aesthetics Academy. You will also receive 24 CME credits, a SkinPen™ certification, and a Vi Peel™ certification.

Who qualifies for this program?

We intentionally keep classes small, maintaining a 2:1 hands-on ratio to ensure personalized instruction and meaningful practice with expert clinicians.
